Barre: This class blends elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Body Sculpting to improve posture, flexibility, creating a lean firm and sculpted body. All Levels
Body Lab: Full body workout using a variety of modalities and equipment to provide training in cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, agility, balance and mind body awareness. All Levels
Boomers: Designed for exercisers looking for a gentle workout using light weights and bands with sections of light cardio.
Cardio Dance Mix: Cardio Dance inspired workout that takes you through a choreographed routine to a particular song. CDX uses a variety of dance styles that lean more on the side of hip hop, funk and tease. All Levels
Prime Cycle: Choreographed 45min cardio class which will not only build cardio threshold but also improve your muscle endurance. Please arrive early for proper bike fitting and set up. Water bottle and Towel recommended.
INSANITY™: The ultimate cardio-conditioning class. This class uses Max Interval Training that helps you dig deeper with endurance, plyometric, strength, balance, agility, coordination and core training. All Levels
Latin Funk: Cardio dance fitness class incorporating a variety of dance including hip hop, salsa, meringue and tease, but also gives you the party atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. All Levels
PiYo™ Music driven, athletically based mat workout that will stretch and strengthen every muscle combining moves inspired by Pilates and Yoga. All Levels - yoga mat recommend.
Prime Intervals: Cardio and Strength class using a variety of equipment including bands, barbells, step bench, Bosu and more for a full body workout. All Levels
Prime Strength: This group strength training class focuses on muscle development using various weight training techniques and equipment. Full body unless otherwise noted. All levels.
Silver Sneakers™ Classic: Gentle class that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
S.E.T: (Strength Endurance Training)- Intervals of cardio/strength using the step and free weights to build muscle tone and definition. All Levels.
Transform Step™: 30min, music-driven high cardio conditioning class utilizing the step. This class is not choreography based and can be modified to most levels.
Turbo Kick™: The Ultimate Fitness Party. Each class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You'll leave every class dripping sweat and feeling great!
Yoga: This class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength and posture thru various yoga postures and use of breath. Styles may vary. All levels – yoga mat recommended.
Zumba™: Latin-based, fitness dance class set to fun, high-energy music and hot, easy-to-follow dance moves. All fitness levels.

GT Met-Fit : Metabolic Conditioning Training is an intense circuit-style workout that is one of the most popular training methods used in the fitness industry today.
GT Power Intervals: This Group Training combines the rigorous elements of strength training and high intensity cardio-vascular work through weight resistance training and explosive bodyweight movements in timed intervals.
GT Prime Fit: This group training class is all about strength training and going heavy for that chiseled lean body. Using both dumbbells and barbells to target all muscle groups for maximum muscle development.
GT/HP Heat Sculpt: Heat Sculpt combines the elements of interval, strength, core and flexibility training with weights all in our heated room at 98 degrees. You will improve circulation, core stability and endurance as you gain strength. (Special Waiver Required)
HP Hot Yoga/Vinyasa: This Flow-style class guides students thru postures and sequences linking breath to movement in our heated studio at 98 degrees.
HP Hot Yoga Classic: A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a specific order to increase flexibility, strength and balance in the body. Using focus and concentration to improve circulation and reduce stress.
Kid’s Yoga: Fun creative class that introduces classic yoga, meditation, breath work in a kid-friendly style with original music and games. Ages 3-10. One adult included with class. Please bring a yoga mat.
TRX: This small group training class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer and is all about bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. All fitness levels. LIMITED SPACE
