Fit Tease - Try this on for sighs, but don’t worry, the only thing that comes off in this class is stress and those extra pounds. This expressive dance class uses strip tease moves in a fun atmosphere. Bring an extra layer or jacket -- and an open mind. All levels
Hip Hop - Increase your fitness level while grooving to the latest hip hop music. Each hip hop dance routine is broken down into easy-to-learn eight counts. Feel free to bring your funk, flair -- and have fun. All levels.
Interval Dance – This cardio class uses simple dance segments mixed with intervals of strength training with dumbbells and/or barbell weights. It’s a great way to get your groove on and flex your muscles.
