Boot Camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body--heart and muscles--going

from one exercise to another without rest.  The workouts have a military-themed regimen with

push-ups, jumping jacks, medicine balls, squats, creative rope drills, aqua pipes and other body

weight excercises...the difference lies in the intensity.  In Boot Camp, the challenge is to take your

body to it's limit.  You work, you sweat, and best of all, you burn calories like crazy!  COME ON
