Free Personal Training Sessions and Orientations
All new members are encouraged to take advantage of our two free personal training orientation sessions to familiarize you with the technology and operation of all Prime Fitness equipment and services.

These are your ticket to empowerment. Whether you're just looking to figure out how to use the machines, looking for a little advice, or considering investing in a customized personal training program, our complementary orientations will give you more than you might expect from a typical gym. We do this because we understand it takes more than just a membership to get to your goals.

Free Studio Classes

Women's and Men's Locker Room Amenities
Our country club atmosphere offers wood-grain lockers, plasma television and plush ottomans for your comfort while utilizing the changing area. Amenities also include washroom granite counter tops, marble tile, automatic hardware and an Icelandic dry sauna.

Cardio Video
Enjoy the workout privacy of your own television set that YOU program. Prime Fitness is uniquely outfitted with 16 cardio equipment video screens that wireless interface (via your standard earphones) with twelve 42" plasma screens.
