Goal Setting
"Set fun and realistic goals in reasonable timeframes" is the credo of Prime Fitness trainers. Once a custom health, fitness and diet plan is created, you and your trainer will set exact weight and body measurement goals. Not all body weight is created equal. If your goal is weight loss, your Prime Trainer will help you lose the right kind of weight by maintaining your lean muscle.

Your measurements and weight are checked regularly in conjunction with an encouraging in-depth debrief on your daily water, diet and supplement intake.

Highly Customized Plan
Once you set your goals, your Prime Trainer will balance all four foundations to maximize the speed in meeting those goals. Think of the four foundations as you would the legs of a chair. Any one comes up short and . . . You get the picture.
