Felicia Ackerman RYT - 200 "I’ve been practicing yoga since my first class at the local YMCA, my mom had to drop me off because I was too young to drive. I love yoga because it isn’t just exercise, it’s so much more! If you can breathe you can do yoga, that’s really the only requirement. I’ve been trained in power yoga, vini yoga and prenatal yoga. I hope so see you on the mat!
