Body Slimming Wraps- An application of natural plant & herb extracts that are applied to the “problem“area of the
body. Most people will loose inches with the first treatment.
$50 per wrap $89 w/ included 45min massage
Reflexology- An alternative Chinese medicine technique involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet,
hands, or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques.

Chair Massage- Done while the client is fully clothed and seated in a specially designed chair

Swedish/Relaxation Massage- The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed
to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood
returning to the heart

Acupressure/Shiatsu- An ancient Chinese healing practice in which pressure is applied to various points on the body
by using “seeds”. This is a more gentle approach to acupuncture. The affects are very similar, yet not invasive.

Cupping- An ancient Chinese therapy involving the placement of cups on the skin. Is used to relieve stagnation,
treatment of respiratory diseases, common cold, pneumonia, and bronchitis. Cupping is also used to treat back, neck,
shoulder, and other musculoskeletal pain.

Lomi Lomi- A traditional ancient Hawaiian massage, flowing with total energy, using the long continuous, flowing strokes,
feeling like the ocean waves crashing gently on the body, making it the most relaxing of all massages.
$80 1 hr.
Treatment/Deep Tissue Massage- Performed with the intent of improving conditions or pathologies that have been
diagnosed by a physician; a wide variety of modalities or procedures are utilized to focus the treatment based on the
diagnosed condition. I am currently taking PIP, L&I and some medical insurances.
$25 per unit (15 min.)
Hot Stone Massage- A relaxing massage that combines the penetrating effect of hot stones with soothing manual
massage. Basaltic river rocks are heated to between 125 &145 degrees F. and statically placed on or under the client.

Sports Massage- Form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It helps prevent injuries, prepares the
body for athletic activity & maintains it in optimal condition, & helps athletes recover from workouts & injuries. Three basic
forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.

Pregnancy/Infant Massage- A very gentle type of massage designed specifically for the requirements of a pregnant
woman. It is safe, effective, discomfort related to pregnancy can be helped, eased, and can help contribute towards the
emotional & physiological well being of both mother and baby.
